This blog is simply a "public journal" of my journey towrads some new goals I have set for myself. To run a 5k, 10k 1/2 and Full Marathon w/in the next 2 years. I'm not promising anything exciting or drama filled just my feelings, thoughts & progress in all its raw honest form....So the sensitive need not read! PS I am horibble at spelling that is already known so plese dont bring that up...LOL
